Return and Refunds
- Products may be returned for a period of 30 days from delivery date (excludes personalized products).
- Personalized products may not be returned or exchanged.
- Reason for return - Unless damaged, wrong product or mistake by seller, buyer pays return shipping.
- Process for return - Buyer must contact customer service by email at SnapElf@InStorez.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to properly process a refund. Returned items without an RMA will be discarded and not refunded.
- State of return - Items must be in new condition.
- For items damaged in transit, buyer must contact seller within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage to packaging and product (if requested by seller). Original packaging and product(s) must be retained during the claims process. Buyer must make make original packaging and product(s) available to carrier for a damage claim to be processed.
- Process of refund - Original method of payment will be credited after terms above are met and item has been returned within 10 Days.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- We do not accept changes or cancellations for personalized products because we have such fast turn-around, so we often start making your order as soon as it comes in. Not accepting cancellations or changes allows us to process your orders quickly and efficiently, so please make sure that your order is complete and accurate when placed.
- Please check very carefully that your address is correct before placing the order. If using PayPal, be sure to confirm the correct address on your PayPal account before placing the order. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do once the item is shipped. We cannot and will not attempt to retrieve or re-route packages in transit or packages that have been delivered. If you or PayPal have provided the wrong address, you will need to resolve mail/package forwarding between yourself and USPS. No refunds &/or adjustments will be given for an incorrect address that was provided by the buyer. If a package is Returned to Sender, please contact us immediately as we do not store packages.
- Transit times are not guaranteed.
- Buyer should check their email (provided by buyer at checkout) in case seller needs additional information or clarification to process the order. Delays in processing may occur if clarification on personalization is needed.
- Buyer agrees to provide a safe, secure delivery location. All packages are sent via USPS and tracking is provided. Once USPS marks a package(s) delivered, seller's responsibility for delivery is complete. Buyer agrees to work directly with their local USPS branch and or/local mail carrier to retrieve a missing or lost package(s) that have been marked delivered by USPS to the delivery address provided by buyer at checkout.
- We do not offer proofs for any of our designs. This is to allow for fast lead times and affordable prices. Proofs drastically slow down our production and lead time.
